All 'Standard Delivery' parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, except in extenuating circumstances.
Orders will not be dispatched over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
Royal Mail Tracked48 is not a guaranteed service. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2 to 3 working days. Our experience is that the vast majority of deliveries achieve this, though a few do take longer.
All First Class Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We aim to dispatch items on the next working day after you place your order. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Important: Although Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fast delivery service, it is not a guaranteed next-day service. In our experience, most deliveries arrive the next working day; however, some may take up to 2 working days.

All of our Dog Beds are considered bulky items and therefore must be sent through specialist couriers due to their size. They may require a signature.

We allow 24 hours across working days to process your order before despatch. Your items will then be delivered within 3-5 days of the despatch date.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. Please call us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. If a change of address is not possible, you will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the original delivery address.
If you are not available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card or may attempt to deliver it to a neighbor.
If an item is returned to sender, a new order must be placed to receive the items again at your expense.
