Orders will not be despatched over the weekend. Orders placed after 1:30pm on Friday will be despatched Monday.

We allow 24 hours across working days to process your order before despatch. Your items will then be delivered within 3-5 days of the dispatch date.

We cannot guarantee we will be able to change the delivery address once the order is placed. Please call us and we will always try our best. If the delivery address cannot be changed and you will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the delivery address.

A calling card will be left if you are not available to accept the parcel, or Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to a neighbour.
